Dusica Desnica
Born in Bijeljina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, obtained B.A. with Honours in Politics & East European Studies, University College London (UCL). Worked as a Public Relations Officer at Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and as a Human Resources and Communications Officer at the Metropolitan Police Service, London. In 2008 returned to Serbia, as a Project Manager, to take a lead role at Delta Humanitarian Foundation, part of Delta Holding Group. Member of Serbian City Club since 2009.
Marko Dubocanin
Born in Belgrade, Serbia. Obtained a Master degree in investment banking at the Henley Business School (ICMA), University of Reading, UK. In 2008 he graduated in the field of banking, insurance and finance on the Belgrade Banking Academy, Serbia. Currently working as a Head of Investment Research in Atlas Capital Financial Services in Cyprus. For this position he holds portfolio management license authorized by CySEC. Prior to this position Marko gained a 2 year experience in real estate sector, working as an Investment Manager in Atlas Group in Serbia. Member of Serbian City Club since 2008.
Vladimir Jelacic
Serbian nationality, Chevening alumni, in 2007 obtained LLM with Distinction in banking and finance at the University of London where he received several academic excellence awards including the Dean’s Award and the Ross Cranston Prize for the best banking law student. Holds a BSc degree in Law from the University of Belgrade. Prior to academic experience in London, Vladimir worked as the assistant to the Governor of the National bank of Serbia, during which time he managed several business development projects. Since December 2007 Vladimir took on the lead role in developing the financial stability function at the Serbian central bank. He authored the 2007 and 2008 editions of the Serbian Financial Stability Reports and was involved in planning crisis management strategies and drafting relevant financial stability regulation. Member of Serbian City Club since 2007.
Masha Perovic
Born in Belgrade, obtained MA in Sustainable Environmental Management, Middlesex University, London and previously BA Law with Russian language at Sussex University, Brighton. Worked as Project Officer for the European Council on Refugees and Exiles and as a volunteer in numerous environmental organisations. Returned to Serbia in 2011 and currently working as a Regional Communication Manager at International Union for Conservation of Nature. Member of Serbian City Club since 2011.
