Around the Globe Piano Music Festival Winners 2015 Concert
27th April 2016 at 7pm, at St Magdalene Church, Munster Square, London NW1 3PH
Sponsored by Markson Pianos in cooperation of Markson Pianos Concert Series

Around the Globe Piano Music Festival held on 15th November 2015, in London at Colet House, W14, went with a great success and excellent reviews. Among many contestants from different parts of UK and worldwide as far as Singapore, there were many talented players including children and more mature pianists.

It’s going to be a great pleasure to hear again some impressive piano performances at this brilliant venue. The winners of different ages will play diverse styles, from classical to contemporary piano music, including less known composers from around the world. In addition, the concert programme also consists of Western and East European modern composers including recently discovered manuscript of Alfred Schnittke Piano Preludes 1952/53. We are looking forward to hear John’s Bailey performance who won 3 major awards including a Trophy for Adult Classes. He is going to play a modern piece Memorabilia, written by Serbian composer Ognjen Bogdanović, truly outstanding piano composition piece masterly performed at AGPMF back in November 2015. More info:

AGPMF is pleased to announce that 2016 Festival will take place again on Sunday 20th November, at the same venue. Updated syllabus available on website: Brochures also available on personal request.
