Serbian City Club working visit to Belgrade

Serbian City Club wishes to inform you about our recent working trip to Belgrade where we presented the work of the Serbian City Club to a range of Serbian media, companies and individuals.

Representatives of the Serbian City Club spent four days in Belgrade meeting potential employers, young professionals who have already returned to Serbia from abroad as well as other individuals interested in assisting our “brain drain reversal” project. As advertised during earlier networking events, the Serbian City Club’s main goal is to help our individual members wishing to return to Serbia by providing them with information on our website and connecting them with the relevant people locally.

One of the plans is to make Serbian City Club’s website a portal for a variety of practical information that will help individuals make an informed decision about moving from one country to the other, as well as being able to search for potentially attractive job openings. Potential employers are impressed with the idea of being able to market themselves to the pool of highly skilled professionals outside of Serbia. For more information about job opportunities, as well as seeking advice on education and information exchange with fellow professionals please contact us via email careers@serbiancityclub.org.

In addition to meeting potential employers, we presented the Serbian City Club and the “brain drain reversal” project on local satellite TV and radio programmes. Natasha Kocsis was a guest on RTS’s ‘Serbia calling’ and together with Slavjana Ulph and Milos Stefanovic on Radio Belgrade One’s ‘Together Tonight’. You will find both recordings on our website. A video we recently made about the Club was also featured on the Mira Adanja Polak programme and is posted on our website in the section SCC in Media.

Serbian City Club is looking forward to receiving all of your questions and comments.

Kind regards,

Your SCC team
